The staff was very nice in helping us with our orders. I asked what they recommended as it was my first time there and they gave specific items that I might instead of just saying general stuff. The food was great and they even brought it to our table since we were dining in. Everything was clean and they had spacious tables so nobody was on top of each other. I’ve passed this place so many times and was not disappointed when I finally stopped. It’ll be my to go to place after work and to bring my friends. Thanks for the welcoming service and yummy food!

We ordered the small family special and it comes with fries, hush puppies, shrimp, fish and a gallon of tea. Employees are very friendly and sweet. I would definitely go back because of great service and food!

Now that it is Chicken Corner, it is incredible. I have eaten nearly every item they serve so far and have yet to be disappointed. Highly recommend!

We finally found some bomb tacos out here! Being from San Diego, CA and after living in NM and TX for over 2 years really raises the bar in Mexican food. Looks like it'll be seafood Mexican food while I am out here! Yum. I really like the shrimp tacos (spicy with mango sauce).

So decided to give this restaurant another shot for dinner the other night. I first tried them right after their grand opening a few years ago and I was not really impressed and found the food very greasy. I was pleasently surprised this go round. I ordered the Big Cat Basket which included fried spicy catfish strips, sweet potato fries and a drink. The catfish strips were fried but not greasy and could have easily been enough for 2 people. I also had a soft shell crab (forgot to get a picture) which was delicious. I placed my order online and it was prepared and ready at the designated time - which was about 15 mins. The staff was friendly and had me in and out quickly.

The Shrimp Shack is a simple spot with some tasty shrimp. The Monster Mahi is pretty good too as well. I enjoyed my sweet potato fries were nice as well. I'd like to try some other things on the menu as well and I'm not even a seafood.

This is the 3rd Shrimp Shack I've eaten at a d they asked me a few things that none of the others have. Do I want my oysters soft, medium, or hard? I've been eating oysters for most of my life, and I've never had that option given to me before, which I liked. Secondly, they asked me if I wanted it spicy or not, which again I haven't been asked that before at one of these locations. Overall, everything was good. Right when we went up to order, they got a really big call in order, and it seemed that there were only two of them working. We had to wait about 10 minutes to make her order. Luckily, we weren't on a tight lunch schedule, so it wasn't that big of a deal. After my buddy ordered though when he was walking away we could hear them yelling from the back tell them that it's going to be 20 minutes, luckily they got our food to us and about 10 to 12 minutes. Food was good. Both of us were happy with our meals, I ordered my oysters medium, but I couldn't really tell you if they were truly medium or hard, but either way, they were good. The counter forgot to put my extra order of hush puppies in and when they brought our food she told me that she forgot and I didn't pay for it. When I went up front to pay for them she told the cook in the back and she said don't worry about it that she would count me a free order, which was really nice of her. The dining area was a little muggy, but after being in there for about 20 minutes, we adjusted okay to it. Probably the only really complaint that I have is it's clean but whatever rag they used to wipe down, might have been not the cleanest or maybe it didn't pick up the cleaner that well everything was kind of sticky. When I first got there I was the only person sitting in the dining room and the first table I sat at my arms stuck to the table and back stuck to the chair when I felt around it all felt kind of sticky so I moved to a different table and it was the same. Even when my buddy showed up and he sat down, he made a comment about sticking to the chair. Small business, so I didn't have any issues with the waiting stuff when you're doing all the cooking by yourself. I would definitely come back to this location, I've never had a bad meal at a Skrimp Shack.
